DEWLA MOTORSPORT GRADE MAP SENSORS:

 

After 3 years of testing these sensors to the extreme limits on track vehicles, we are now offering them to the public in two variants 3.5 BAR / 6 BAR 

 

FEATURES:

• Stainless Body

• American Made

• 1/8-27 NPT Male Thread

• 3 PIN GT-150 Connector Style (Most Common in aftermarket harnesses)

• Accuracy +- 0.15%

• Voltage Supply 4.75-5.25v

• Temperature Compensated (Will self-adjust based on environmental temperature changes)

 

Notes:

It is always recommended to size your sensor close your actual target boost of your application, with a little bit of headroom, generally 5-10lbs max headroom is what we recommend.

 

From a tuning standpoint, this allows the sensor to utilize as much of the resolution of data as possible, since we are always working within the confines of .5v-4.5v, as that pressure headroom margin grows, the less resolution we can yield, as we will be underutilizing our sensor data range unnecessarily. 

 

E.G a 3 Bar sensor will have twice that of the resolution of a 6 bar sensor. Theoretically, the margin of potential error is greater the higher the pressure range. 

 

With that being said, with the accuracy of these sensors, it is non problematic. Nonetheless; good standing practice in any practical application. So we always encourage you to maximize your accuracy when applicable. 

 

All of our sensors come standard with a 1 Year Warranty from purchase date.
